Their Les Boulettes dish was a satisfying dish with spicy Moroccan lamb meatballs stewed in spiced tomato sauce and soft poached eggs on top. The yogurt sauce on the side was an amazing paring. It perfectly canceled out the gamey taste of the lamb while deepening its flavor.
